These two Steiff cotton velvet rabbits are attached to the top of an embroidered wool felt base that is reminiscent of the company's beginnings – the World’s first soft toy was an Elephant felt pin cushion created by Margarete Steiff, which was also attached to a felt pad. The two little rabbits have the classic style and design of velvet Steiff rabbits from the late 1800’s
